You must be licensed and issued an MC# from the US Department of Transportation.

Karen answered it, but there are plenty of details that are there that you should know about before just buying a truck and trailer and hauling cars.  I could go on all day about the right way of doing it and most profitable way, but.......then again, I would be giving myself compitition, lol.
