Will I be charged international car shipping rates to ship my motorcycle from Florida to Alaska?  Would the truck driver have to travel through Canada to get to Alaska?

No. Car shippingcompanies do not travel through Canada when shipping a car from Florida to Alaska.  You have nothing to worry about.
