I understand there are three main types of shipping :
1- Roll-on/Roll-off (RORO);
2- Container Shipping;
3- Consolidated Container Shipping.

Is it correct to say that the container shipping protects more from weather conditions or potential damages (related to loading and unloading) compared to 1 & 3?

Does the Consolidated Container Shipping only imply there is less regular departures as cargo ships need to load more containers... or are there any other drawbacks?

Thanks
Tofy

when car shipping internationally container shipping offers your vehicle the most protection. If its a single vehicle it will be loaded into a 20 foot container and this will protect your automobile from weather related elements as well as from other vehicles and objects.

Consolidated container shipping is like carpooling because your will have to share the container with other individuals who are doing overseas shipping as well.

 When you speak with an international car shipping company they will usually have the best options for you and your automobile.
