Protect your vehicle.   By law, all auto carriers MUST carry insurance. The industry minimum is $100,000.   Before selecting an auto carrier, ask to see a copy of their certificate of insurance for proof. Don’t forget to thoroughly read the terms and conditions of your agreement to see what's covered and what’s not covered.

Auto brokers must also be bonded and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration must issue carriers an MC# or US DOT#, to have proper operating authority. MC#'s/DOT#'s and bonding information can be verified through safersys.com, we strongly recommended you do so.
