Before signing the contract and making your initial deposit, make sure that you thoroughly read the contract and understand the car shipping company’s terms and conditions. If there is an item on the contract that you don’t understand, don’t be afraid to pick up the phone or drop an email for clarification. Every car shipper is different; therefore, you will want to make sure that you understand the car shipping company’s policies and procedures including their payment details. 

Tip: Make sure that you verify that the car shipping company that you are doing business with actually has a valid license.
