In every business, there is at least a small group of people who are dissatisfied with their service. The good news is, with auto shipping, the majority of customers’ experiences are good. However, things do happen and your car can get damaged. The following are a few steps to take if you notice any damage to your vehicle when it is delivered.

  1. Make sure that you get the driver’s signature.
  2. Immediately contact the car shipping company.

Other Disputes & Complaints

Having a bad experience with a driver or a car transport company representative can be just as bad as receiving damage to your vehicle. If you received poor customer service, first contact the car transport company dispute department or the owner and try to work something out. If you receive the same poor service from the main office, you have a right to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
